Are you feeling stressed and anxious, or have trouble sleeping, getting focused and finding energy?

Spending too much in your head, in front of the screen and feeling disconnected from your self and each moment?

Fancy having healing and calming interaction with nature and the elements outdoors?

I run welcoming, fun and gentle meditation classes privately and online as well as offering walking with awareness and getting close with our environment, nature, and the elements walks in London parks and city spaces.

Each session is unique, with humour and healing.

About your ecotherapist and meditation practitioner:

I have over 17 years experience as a therapist, ecotherapist, healer, meditation and breath practitioner and have worked with a range of people from addicts in recovery, people with chronic illness and pain, stressed out company directors, actors with stage-fright and exhausted parents.

Integrating neuroscience, biology and the power of energy and nature, I brings an element of playfulness, curiosity and adventure into my sessions and ensure the session is held in a safe, nurturing manner and with much humour too!

I believes taking back control of our own body, mind and soul is becoming ever more important as we become increasingly disassociated from our being, nature and one another in today’s society. My work leaves clients feeling connected, rejuvenated, and empowered with tools to take into their everyday life.

About the workshops:

Experience:

No experience is needed (unless otherwise stated in the event info) we go at the pace of the group and individuals. Ideal for the first timer and seasoned meditator and awareness practitioner- those more advanced will find the space and guidance to go really deep within each class.

Accessibility:

Please ensure you are able to walk on uneven ground and are fit enough to walk on uneven surfaces and stand for long periods of time for the duration of the walk. Our body temperature will vary throughout the session as we move and stand still so please make sure you are dressed appropriately (layers and waterproofs, gloves, hat and so on) and have comfortable and supportive footwear (walking shoes/waterproof). Walks go ahead irrespective of the weather so please arrive prepared.

Twilight sessions are guided without the use of a torch or light. Please ensure you are comfortable with walking in the dark. Our eyes are made to adapt to darkness, it is years of switching lights on that has reduced this ability. Give it 10 minutes in complete darkness and you will adapt. Practice daily, and you will be amazed.

I am soon to announce accessible outside nature space for those with adaptive and accessibly requirements - keep in touch to hear about our new accessible location.

Please stay aware of other pedestrians using the paths and parks.

Indoor locations:

I try my best to ensure they chosen for being accessible to all mobility needs and also each session is run for all abilities, with separate sessions for those with chronic pain, CFS, and living with life changing disabilities/illness. Everything else:

Please note that all phones are to be switched off to airplane mode and that we cannot wait for late arrivals or allow for early departure from any of our events.

You may want to empty your bladder before the event. If you need to take a loo break please let us know - don't wonder off otherwise we will send out a search party ;-)

Maintain the govt social distancing during the class.

Face masks are not required to be worn during the session and will inhibit you getting the full experience as the class will involve breath work.

Please follow good hygiene guidelines throughout: wash your hands before and after the walk /class and catch any sneezes and coughs in tissues (please do not drop them on the floor!).

Your RSVP to any event acts as the agreement that you will follow all guidance from the practitioner/leader/host, adhere to any govt health requests, ensure that you act responsible whilst outdoors or in the studio space for your, the group's and public safety, you agree to attend for the entire session, are physically fit to attend the session & mention any issues directly with the leader, check in with yourself if you need to take a break /rest/ other and seek advice from the leader/practitioner, on walks: you do not wonder off without informing the leader. Your RSVP releases this group, Mimi, Izzy and any guides/practitioners from any legal liability during the event/class/workshop.

Tickets are non refundable and non transferable unless the event is cancelled by hosts. In the event of a govt lockdown, tickets will be transferred to the next available workshop we are able to run.

Unfortunately we are unable to host pets or anyone under the age of 16.
