Join us for 20-30 minutes of regular sessions. There are so many benefits of Meditation and Self-hypnosis. And the more you practice the better you become, and the more beneficial your life. People find that regular practice vastly improves their health, and for some its amazing stress release. Other benefits include, relaxation, improved sleep, and connection to inner self. And offcourse for some, it can be very spiritual, if that is the intention. I would like to request that you please make sure you are in a very quiet and private space with no disturbances. Especially for first part of the session (in the 1st 30 minutes). Where you can sit down and totally relax into it. The second part of the session we have a short discussion or address any questions that may arise. You're welcome to join in with your family.
