Do you have a chronic autoimmune illness and need support managing it? This group is for people to share their experiences, learn the latest in science, healthy living, and nutrition to help manage your symptoms. Share Table ( https://www.sharetable.co ) is creating in person and online support groups so that you can connect deeply with a peer group that can empathize with you, support you, and encourage you to live your healthiest life. I'm a professor of Public Health who also has an autoimmune illness. We're going to be meditating together, sharing recipes, and helping each other with both the emotional and physical components of feeling healthier.

Format:
5-00-5:10 pm : Introductions and Sharing circle
5:10-5:20 pm: Guided meditation
5:20-6:00 pm: Changing weekly discussion on an aspect of health (connection, stress management, medications, latest research etc.)
