What made you decide to get into prepping?

Self empowerment...I really have no time for the conspiracy theorists who do nothing but, search for articles that reinforce their own skewered belief system. Ever notice how none of them prep?

What skills or knowledge could you offer to our community?

Archery & firearms training, Canadian gun laws and acquisition of licensing. example: how to buy a brand new high quality $75. MBR (main battle rifle) ALSO: How to make a movie.

Are you preparing for a specific disaster OR are you just being prepared for anything?

Neither-- I don't subscribe to TEOTWAWKI. What we are about to experience is a monumental shift in our current way of life. Prepping is about living a sensible, self sustaining life style. It's about paying off your debts, living in harmony and leaving a small foot print on our precious planet.

My philosophy: Everything that I do to prep must have relevance in my everyday life. Prepping is about balance, harmony and creating a self sustaining life style that is closer to the human beings we were meant to be.

What Keith M. is saying about this Meetup Group

I've attended a few groups and this is the only one that is together and has a good solid core of members who bring something to the table--knowledge, skills, varying POV and a willingness to share and help.
