Free guided mindfulness meditation every Wednesday morning at 8.00–8.30.
The Open Air meditations are for anyone who would like to start the day with a deeper connection to themselves and the city around, before the business of the day sets in.
We meet under the trees in Kongens Have, about 100 meters in when you enter the park from Dronningens Tværgade/Kronprinsessegade.
Please bring appropriate clothes and something to sit on, we will be meditating in all kinds of weather, all year round.
The meditations will be guidet by Sille Lundquist, Pernille Hippe Brun and Tine Silke Lund from Being Human.
