Kundalini Kriyas (“Keep – ups”) build mental stamina and calm the nervous system, while specific Hatha yoga postures help sooth backache, pelvic pain and other common discomforts related to pregnancy. Every class offers a nurturing atmosphere in which to connect with your baby and other women and restore vital energy during this sacred time in your life.
