"Super Early Bird" tickets + ODBH meeting on Tuesday, December 13

From: Greg H.

Dear member,

Two reasons to be excited today:

  • "Super Early Bird" tickets for the Open-data Cities Conference went on sale today - with big discounts for ODBH members/supporters. Up to the end of the year, you can buy up to four tickets - usual price £149 each - for just £50 a ticket. All you have to do is enter the special promotional code = ODBH;
  • TED announced the 2012 TED Prize will be awarded to an idea (not an individual). And the idea is: "The City 2.0". Read more about what this means and ponder how ODBH could be involved.

You will see we have scheduled another ODBH meeting - to discuss these issues and much else - for 7.30pm on Tuesday, December 13 at the Cogapp offices.

I'd be interested to hear about any contributions you would like to hear/see - or make!

Otherwise, I look forward to seeing you there.

Most importantly, though, buy your Open-data Cities Conference tickets now. Follow @OpendataCities for more news.

Best wishes,

Greg Hadfield
