Chef for OpenStack Hack Day

AppFirst and Opscode would like to invite you to an all-day Hack Day for Chef for openStack. We'll be shacking up at FirstMark Capital's offices for the day. Doors open at 9AM and lunch will be provided by Opscode. From 10am - 5pm, we'll be hacking away on a number of things:

    The over-view of the various Chef cookbooks needed to deploy OpenStack was very helpful. Even though it was slightly off-topic, the Chef 11 info was most valuable. My main criticism of the session was that it was advertised as a "hack day" but in reality it was more of an Q&A session. Overall I feel I now have a good idea of where to start with our own OpenStack deployment.
