Come Join our Meditation Class Every Tuesday and Wednesday @ 5PM
Meditation has the ability to jump start a whole new perspective and relationship with the lives we live and how our bodies and minds work.
In this class we will explore and practice different forms of meditation along with breathing exercises. We will also learn how to utilize different meditation techniques that will help us maintain a daily practice with an emphasis on different sitting positions, Guided Meditation, Mudras, Mantras and Pranayama. The class is open to anyone from Beginners to individuals already practicing.
