  • West Bay Opera presents Puccini’s 3-one-act opera, gem “Il Trittico” (“The Tryptych”). The first of the 3, “Il Tabarro” (“The Cloak”) is a tragic tale of a French love triangle. “Suor Angelica” depicts a mother’s love and loss. The final opera, Gianni Schicchi, is a comic masterpiece that contains one of Puccini’s most recognized arias, "O mio babbino caro".
Join us for the Saturday February 25,[masked]:00 pm performance. Tickets are available online ( or by calling the box office [masked]) M-F 1pm - 5pm. All performances are in the intimate Lucie Stern Theater at 1305 Middlefield Road in Palo Alto.
If you haven't joined us previously for a West Bay Opera MeetUp, the following reviews and video clips should pique your interest:
"Perhaps we assumed that the affordable price and nearby venue foretold an amateur, second-rate production. We are thrilled to say that nothing could be further from the truth. WBO’s production of Mozart’s Abduction from the Seraglio (Die Entführung aus dem Serail) features first-class singers, a top-notch orchestra, and an all-around sparkling production." Steve and Suzanne Cooper - Splash Magazine
"Little West Bay Opera has gone big again, very big, with a fiery, rapturous production of Verdi's Il trovatore...the audience was swept away in three hours of superb opera..." Janos Gereben, San Francisco Classical Voice
