Want to live with more energy, well-being, happiness, and meaning? Are you experiencing a life full of gratitude, creativity, wisdom, kindness, optimism and enthusiasm?

We are a group of like minded individuals seeking ways to maintain and improve overall wellness. We believe that community is essential in helping you maintain a fulfilling life.

Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy life both physically and mentally.

It is "a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." - The World Health Organization.

Meet us for a variety events usually set for Thursday mornings and occasionally on Sunday afternoons and perhaps the odd evening outing.

We’ll explore a variety of topics on health and engage in various wellness focused activities, the first one being an Introduction to Meditation.
