This is a special group for those women who want to safely get started in fitness and begin receiving the benefits for weight loss, strength building, energy boosting and confidence building.
This is specifically designed for beginner to intermediate exercisers who may be unsure how to start a great fitness and weight loss program.
What makes us different is that we offer a safe, non-judgmental environment. Even if you can't do all the exercises fully, don't worry. Exercises are easily adaptable so that everyone can participate.
