Beginner Small Group Fitness/Boot Camp For Women. No Intimidating Gyms Here!
This is a special group for those women who want to safely get started in fitness and begin receiving the benefits of weight loss, strength building, energy boosting and confidence building. It is being run, organized and supervised by a physical therapist and personal trainer with over 15 years of experience! This is specifically designed for beginner to intermediate exercisers who may be unsure how to start a fitness and weight loss program. What makes us different is that we offer a safe, non-judgmental environment. Even if you can't do all the exercises fully, don't worry. Exercises are easily adaptable so that everyone can participate. If you are looking to get away from intimidating gyms, cross-fit, crowded exercise classes and avoid injury, you MUST try this. So, if you have tried joining gyms, aerobics classes or boring cardio equipment with little or no long-term success, this is for you!
