Omar Ruiz and Jeffrey Spindler are founders of LeRu Investments LLC. They are commercial multifamily investors that have properties in three different states and own a property management company in California. They will be speaking about multifamily real estate investing and due-diligence. They will be covering the following items: - Multifamily investing fundamentals - Reviewing financial statements - Analyzing income and expenses - Explain the due-diligence process - Verifying financials and operations - Interviewing existing personnel (Managers, Maintenance, etc.) - Building inspections - Transitioning Ownership - Common Mistakes to Avoid If you're interested in multifamily investing, this event will give a broad overview of the process of analyzing a deal and verifying the potential for an opportunity with efficient due-diligence practices. Attendees will get a copy of their due-diligence checklist. Omar and Jeffrey began as property managers in 2006 and purchased the first rental in 2009. Since then they've been involved in larger apartment complexes, fix and flips, notes and mobile homes.
