Omar Ruiz and Jeffrey Spindler are founders of LeRu Investments LLC. They are commercial multifamily investors that have properties in three different states and own a property management company in California. They will be speaking about multifamily real estate investing and due-diligence.

Omar and Jeffrey began as property managers in 2006 and purchased the first rental in 2009. Since then they've been involved in larger apartment complexes, fix and flips, notes and mobile homes. They now own over 124 units in three different states and continue to look for opportunities in job growth markets for cashflow.
