Omar Ruiz is CEO of LeRu Investments and invests in multifamily commercial real estate and has a property management company that oversees the company’s portfolio and properties for other landlords. He’ll share a case study on a 32 unit apartment complex in Houston Texas and describe how they raised money to buy it and after several years refinanced all their investment capital out and continue to cashflow.
Omar began as a property manager in 2006 and purchased the first rental in 2009. Since then he’s been involved in larger apartment complexes, fix and flips, notes and mobile homes. His company now owns over 124 units in three different states and continues to look for opportunities in job growth markets for cashflow.
