Object Oriented Programming Primer - Part 6, Group Logo, & Professional Ponderings

OC Interactive - Tuesday, October 8th

Thank you to all that attended our September meeting and congratulations on remembering to show up at our new location!

Our annual theme for OC Interactive is "BYOB with OCI in 2013". We will be presenting topics and speakers that support the theme of "Building Your Own Business". Agenda items will include topics that build technical and professional skills of our community.

Our October agenda will cover:

Object Oriented Programming Primer - Part 6 featuring Jeff Gomes. Jeff will conclude the series and cover updating text, controller classes, connecting buttons, and examples of adding improvements and fixing bugs.

Who are We - Our Logo! We will review the updated logo that Michael Champagne created and determine which version we want for our group.

Professional Ponderings - Dealing with Difficult Clients/Others. We will have an open discussion about challenging business situations and how we deal with them. The objective of the conversation will be to share tips and tools for professionally managing difficult situations and creating a win/win outcome.

We will also continue with our tradition of sharing announcements and opening up the meeting to member sharing of tips and tricks, job opportunities, and requests for group assistance.

We will meet at OUR NEW LOCATION starting at 6:30 pm. Please come to the meeting with any logo concepts you want to share with the team.

Please contact Jeff Gomes if you are willing to help with food.

We look forward to seeing YOU on October 8th!

~ Jeff & Caprice, OC Interactive Managers
