Featured Presentation: Premiere Pro CC 2014 Good Stuff!

Good Stuff Awaits! Adobe is keeping Premiere Pro CC 2014 at the forefront of professional NLEs by enabling you to work quicker, more efficiently and creatively. Mike McGready, our Web _ Video Crossroads Manager, will cover what he considers the "good stuff" Adobe has put into the latest version of his favorite editing tool. He will mention a few characteristics of Premiere Pro that might be considered ongoing good stuff, as well.

Mike McGready is a member of the Board of Directors of the Orange County MultiMedia Association, as well as that of the Professional Videographers Network. His video production company, Album of Life Video Studios, specializes in capturing and preserving the joy and character of special events, and has a heart for creating hierloom videos of wedding celebrations.


Photoshop for Video Editors: Part 3

Mike McGready will show how he uses Photoshop to speed up prep and enhance the look of photo montage projects.

Next Month

Since Bill Lang will be in Alaska for our August meeting, his presentation has been moved to September. He will show some of his techniques for making damaged photos look healed or faded ones restored to their original brilliance.

The focus of the Web – Video Crossroads (Adobe User Group) is to inspire and instruct our members to take advantage of opportunities involving Web and mobile-device video and the underlying technology. The group's managers, Mike McGready, Owner and Creative Director of Album of Life video studios, and Ivan Taylor, an instructor and consultant on multimedia in education, aim to develop meeting programs that inspire, educate and support those with similar interests.
