Welcome to 2015 and OC Interactive - "Get Reality" with Us!
Thank you all for your support of OCMMA and OCI. Here's to a great 2015!
Our first meeting of 2015 will be held on February 3. The agenda will cover:
• Freelancing 101 Tips and Tools: Alex Vasquez will join us to talk about how to successfully freelance and share tools and tips that he has learned along the way. Alex runs a boutique Digital Agency called DigiSavvy, where they do fun stuff like Web Development and Digital Marketing. He'll discuss what it takes to make it as a freelancer, from cutting the ties from a stable job and jumping into the chaotic freelance life; challenges and obstacles as well as tips and advice for managing the day-to-day tasks and keeping yourself sane.
• Get Reality with OCI: In response to your feedback, we will be featuring an ongoing series of presentations and conversations about augmented and virtual reality. February's meeting will highlight recent topics in the AR/VR realm.
• OCMMA and OCI in 2015: We will discuss the vision for OCMMA and OCI in 2015 and plan out meetings for the year.
We will meet at the Digital Media Center starting at 6:30 pm. Please contact Michael Champagne if you are willing to help with food...you get extra raffle points for helping out!
We look forward to seeing YOU on February 3!
