You will learn about Pixels called Voxels that carry both color and depth information. When adding lighting effects, you can actually “Re-shoot” a scene for different viewpoints without having to re-shoot it, and just re-arrange what is already there. Consider that you get to see this future-speak by these three sage cinematographers who continue to do it all, without the trip to Las Vegas that we made. Thanks to Elly Sriro for providing the link to the video. An active long-time on-line OCMMA member from Washington, she also joined us for the fun at NAB, Vegas. We will be trying some of the effects such as the LED Screen Projection using HD monitors, attempting to show our version (easier, cheaper) of the technology being touted as the next big thing. If you watch the video and are feeling brave you can also try this and, for extra points, show your version at the meeting. . . . . . MEETING LOCATION CHANGE . . . . . NEW HORIZONS, 1900 S. • Digital Media Creatives - Photo Organizing Part 2 - Rescheduled

---------- Urgent ---------- Urgent ---------- Urgent ---------- Urgent ---------- -----There is a last minute conflict with our presenters so we are rescheduling this meeting for May 22, same time, same place. Our apologies for the change.---- ***The Digital Media Creatives now meet on the 4th Wednesday each month*** This month, we continue our series on organizing, processing and sharing your photos, with the focus on mobile devices. Feature Program: Let's talk about all those photos you've taken and now are wondering how to organize and develop! Photo organization "101" Picture taking has changed: your cell phone is always in your pocket and has joined other cameras you may have as the device used to document events in your life. This will be the first of several meetings where we will discuss topics such as: Workflow strategies for taking, organizing, and editing photos Transfer of images from your camera to a mobile device Processing images using LR Mobile and your desktop LR Organizing images in your LR catalog No need to be an expert. Beginners are most welcome! Learn along with us. If you'd like, you can bring along your laptop or iPad along with your cell phone, to try out some things at the meeting. ——————————————————————— Adobe Spark Also, we will start our next series which will focus on using Adobe Spark to share and connect with your community. We will use some of the workflow steps from the above session and show how you can create pages for your work or pleasure. This will be a multi-part series. ---------------------------------------------------------- Ivan Taylor, Manager --- Cynthia Gordon, Co-Manager Digital Media Creatives meets on the FOURTH WEDNESDAY of every month.
