We meet on Monday Nights at Estancia High School. Park in the lot by the tennis courts; we enter the Estancia High School Stadium through the side gate located behind the tennis courts, usually someone will be in the parking lot to direct you to the gate. OCTC members and friends start arriving about 6:00 PM. Coach Charlie recommends a one mile warm-up and six 100 yard strides before the workout which begins after a short club meeting at 6:30. The workouts consist of various short distances with a recovery distance as outlined by Charlie. The workout distance is three miles followed by a one mile cool down. The total workout is about five miles.
