Let's welcome usability analyst Joe Welinske to Orange County!
Learn about the inner-workings of a project that Blink UX in Seattle conducted on a software product that was already well into development. The overall objective was to ensure a robust experience for all users of the software. The review of the system used industry best practices for accessible design with attention to the WCAG AA.

About the speaker
Joe Welinske has been involved in the design and development of software for over thirty years. Joe is the program manager for Blink’s annual user experience conference ConveyUX as well as contributing in the areas of accessibility and content strategy. He is a senior lecturer at the U. of Washington for a variety of courses, including accessible design. Joe is a co-organizer of the Seattle Area Accessibility and Inclusive Design meetup group.

After you reach the venue, turn into the driveway closest to Von Karman and Intersect as it is closest to the office. Then look for Building A as there are a lot of buildings that look the same in this complex. The building has a surface lot right in front of it, so there should be parking spots there.
Once you find a spot, please take the elevator to the fourth floor. There may have someone in the lobby directing people.
