Come prepared to roll up your sleeves and get busy for this hands-on Design Thinking workshop. We will form into small groups and learn how to frame a problem statement, define the critical path and service touch-points, create personas and iterate on a solution. Following the work sessions, each group will present their ideas, and explain the process.
About the Speaker:
Jenine Lurie is a Product/UX strategist and Founder of Humans in Service Design. Previously, she worked as an Innovation Director at Genpact and the UX Director at Corsearch.

After you reach the venue, turn into the driveway closest to Von Karman and Intersect as it is closest to the office. Then look for Building A as there are a lot of buildings that look the same in this complex. The building has a surface lot right in front of it, so there should be parking spots there.
Once you find a spot, please take the elevator to the fourth floor. We may have someone in the lobby directing people.
We are asking for a small nominal fee ($10) to help us plan for a better experience at the event. This includes being able to take into account more accurate attendance and to support your OCUX group hosting expenses!
Join me in a huge thank you to Arcules (https://arcules.com/) for supporting our group and being the venue sponsor this event!
