EVERY 3RD SUNDAY OF EACH MONTH - KIRTAN AT COMMON GROUND
Come and engage in the spiritual practice of kirtan, a non-denominational practice, that has been passed down since time immemorial and a constant in all paths and religions.
Getting together as a group is a fun way to do this! It is a great activity for families and communities at large. We can sing mantras using all kinds of instruments and genres of music. Oftentimes, people will get up and move to the beautiful transcendental sounds or groove to a rock out kirtan. There are no hard and fast rules to singing Holy Names!
Award winning recipients of the Los Angeles Music Awards, Spirit Soul And Friends-A Musical Peace Troupe invites you to come share their goal of utilizing music, peaceful mantras, yoga and dance to help create a more peaceful society. Their main goal is to give a gift of peace that you can take with you. You will be hearing and singing beautiful mantras and transcendental sounds that create peace and harmony by their spiritual potency wherever you go!
Come and join Spirit Soul And Friends-A Musical Peace Troupe in the beautiful sanctuary of "Common Ground Spiritual Wellness Center" located in Santa Ana, CA for a moment of relaxation meditation, peaceful chanting and rock out kirtan.
Meet our new friends, Rev. Judy Deprete and Rev. Glenda Knox, the founders of Common Ground, whose grace and kindness have touched our hearts. It is always a joy working with them as we all join together in bringing peace and harmony to the communities around us. We also look forward to meeting new friends at this beautiful and peaceful center.

SCRIPTURE FROM AROUND THE WORLD WITH REGARDS TO CHANTING THE HOLY NAMES:
One who thinks himself lower than the grass, who is more tolerant than a tree, and who does not expect personal honor but is always prepared to give all respect to others can very easily always chant the holy name of the Lord.
~ Caitanya Caritamrita Antya Lila 20 : 9-26
