Tegan Kline - International BusDev at Orchid Labs
Tegan is based in Berlin, Germany where she is building out the Orchid office. Tegan's professional experience has been with Fortune 500's and startups. She began her career in Investment Banking at BAML and, prior to discovering blockchain, worked in Sales and Trading at Barclays. Tegan is working to redistribute resources and income using blockchain and AI with Nature 2.0, is Head of the U.S. for Triangles, a group that supports female founders and Ambassador to Buckminster Fuller Institute, helping to make the world work for 100% of us.
About Orchid
Orchid is building the new, distributed internet led by CTO Jay Freeman, (built Cydia, the App Store alternative on jailbroken iPhones), Dr. Seven Waterhouse (former Partner at Pantera Capital, Co-Founder and CTO of RPX, and a PhD in Engineering from Cambridge), Brian Fox (author of Bash, Readline, Texinfo) and Gustav Simonsson, white hat hacker and ex-security researcher for the Ethereum Foundation. Our aim is to make the internet a natural place, free from censorship and surveillance.

Jack Platts - Director of Communications at Web3
Jack is based in Berlin, Germany where he is on the team team launching the Polkadot protocol and coordinating the integration of other protocols within the Web3 tech stack. Jack leads various community and communications efforts in the domain of decentralized technologies at the Web3 Foundation.
About Web3 Foundation
The Web3 Foundation is a Swiss foundation fostering and shepherding the cryptographically-enabled protocols that safeguard decentralisation and enable the vision of Web 3.0. The Web3 Foundation employs researchers who research novel cryptographic methods and funds teams developing bleeding-edge software protocols. Our primary project is the Polkadot project.

Sebastian Gerske - Lead Developer Decentralised Components Ocean Protocol / Level 1 at BigchainDB
Sebastian is a self-classified extroverted nerd who prides himself in being an agile minded, language agnostic software developer, cloud evangelist, speaker and experienced founder obsessed with new technology, especially Blockchain. German born with over 20+ years tech experience including C / ASM / C++ / C# / Uscript and NodeJS in a corporate environment, before joining Ocean Protocol Sebastian worked for Volkswagen Financial Services AG from 2006 to 2018.
Ocean is a decentralized data exchange protocol that unlocks data for AI. Ocean uses advanced blockchain technology that allows data to be shared and sold in a safe, secure and transparent manner.

Cassidy Daly - Token Design & Research at Centrifuge
Cassidy brings a strong foundation in economics to her current work on token economy design and engineering at Centrifuge. She holds a Master’s in International Finance from Columbia University where she also worked as a consultant for the Fed.

Dillon Chen - Co-Founder of Commonwealth Labs
Dillon is building Edgeware under Commonwealth Labs. Prior to Commonwealth, Dillon spent time investing at Turing Capital, at General Catalyst’s Rough Draft Ventures, and as a cofounder of Source Networks.
