This group is targeted to bring people together that care about their health and are proactively or would like to be proactively working toward their best selves.

When "healthy living", as in both physical and mental health, are in balance or functioning well together in a person, that person is in balance. Let's get together and share our tips, tricks, struggles, goals and journey on how to become the healthiest version of ourselves. Let's share podcasts, books, recipes, physical activity, self-care, and general steps on becoming a more balanced human are all open topics of discussions.
