Learn the practice and principles of Middle Way Meditation which includes the development of though stopping habit, and center your mind in daily life. Regular and beginner are welcome. The keys to success in this technique are being relaxed, placing your mind at the center of the body, and meditating consistently. To find true inner peace, we need to practice mindfulness regularly and in daily life. Our instructor is Venerable Waris. He is a Buddhist monk who has devoted his life to practice and teach meditation and Buddhism. He received his training from Dhammakaya temple in Thailand. What we're about

The Portland Middle Way Meditation group has a primary purpose to support members to find inner peace through meditation. It is our conviction that individual peacefulness of mind underlies the collective potential for harmony and peace in the world.
