We will have food and wine. I will provide cheese, fresh whole wheat bread, and sprouts. Every one is encouraged to bring a dish. (It doesn't have to be organic, bring what ever you want.) I will demonstrate how I grow sprouts in my kitchen and how I start seeds in my house. I will provide my address and phone number to those who RSVP.

It was fun - I really did want to pet the cat though.

RAW TUNA 1c sprouted sunflower seeds, 1c almonds (soaked for 2 hours in h20), 1/8 c fresh squeezed lemon juice, 1/2 tsp garlic, 2 heaping tsp dulse, 1/2 tsp celtic sea salt, In food processor until smooth. Fold in 1/4 c celery, 1/4 c. onions, 1/4 c chopped parsley, 1 heaping tsp powdered kelp, 1/2 tsp minced garlic.
Easiest thing to do is to put it in Romaine Leaves.

What a wonderful meetup! The food was (is...having a piece of Phillip's bread for lunch) great, all the information usefull, Phillip's garden and "storage bedrooms" inspiring, the company more than simpatico....we must have an organic gardener's cookbook. Please.

Also Noopy I'd be happy to bag up some pine needles and bring them to Schuh's and transfer to your car before we head out to MS. Let me know if you want.
