High Performance & Team USA ICF Practice

• What we'll do
This will be a more rigorous Dragon Boat practice geared towards our Team USA ICF hopefuls and members who would like to paddle on OC's Elite team. Please join the waitlist and we will move paddlers to the practice using Coach's discretion, past practice attendance, and interest in trying out for ICF Team USA. Since we'd like to have a full boat with less movement between seat positions we're requiring that paddlers sign up for the whole month's worth of practices up front. Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you won't be able to make a certain practice so that we can let someone else take your seat.
