Ready to take the dragon boat challenge?
Join ODBC coaching staff for an Intermediate/Advanced practice on Saturdays at 8:30am to 9:30am.
The coaching staff will work together and will follow a program that will get us ready to race and also give paddlers a great full body workout.
This hour is a practice open to paddlers of all levels of expertise. We highly recommend Saturdays for new paddlers. You will receive one-on-one instruction to help you grow as a paddler. We plan on getting a great exercise session while having fun on the water.
This practice will consist of 60 minutes of workout starting with a 5-10 minute warm up, speed and endurance drills, focus on developing muscle memory and proper technique with continuous paddling and at different levels of intensity.
