Meetup Description: If you've never been to Colorado Fondue Company, you've missed something special! Set in a warm, rustic environment, the amazing food and warm, gracious service makes this one of the best-kept secrets in Orlando. Colorado Fondue is not a typical fondue restaurant, as a matter of fact the main entree is a much more healthy preparation. No deep frying your food in oil. You basically "grill" the meat on a sizzling hot stone and the veggies are cooked in simmering broth. We have been able to get the entire bar area to ourselves (seating up to 30 people), and have negotiated a great four-course menu as well as drink specials for you! All house wines (Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon & White Zinfandel) will be priced at $4.00/glass and all draft beers (pints) will be $3.75.

The four-course menu will be $27.00/per person and will include fresh-baked bread, a non-alcoholic beverage, salad, choice of two cheese fondues, main entree includes beef fillet, chicken and shrimp, pasta, red-skinned potatoes, pierogies, mixed vegetables and homemade sauces, followed by your choice of two wonderful chocolate dessert fondues:

Salad:
*Southwestern Caesar: Romaine lettuce, croutons, parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing on the side.

Cheese Fondue Appetizers:
All cheese fondue appetizers are served with french, pumpernickel and rye marble breads, tortilla chips, golden delicious apples and market vegetables.
*Original Cheddar Fondue: Sharp aged cheddar and mild Emmenthaler Swiss cheese blend smoothly together in a seasoned broth and lager beer base topped with garlic and herb seasoning.
*Smoked Gouda with Applewood Bacon: Applewood bacon richly enhances the mild, smoked flavor of gouda cheese.

Entree:
We will have Filet Mignon, Breast of Chicken and Pacific Tiger Shrimp, along with the veggies and pastas and homemade sauces.

Dessert:
*Dark Chocolate Mint Fondue: Dark chocolate combined with Creme de Menthe and topped with whipped cream
*Original Milk Chocolate: Blended with a touch of peanut butter
Dessert fondues served with assorted fruits, cakes, crackers, marshmallows, etc.

Please note that we will need a firm head count, and ask that if you are not sure if you'll be able to make it, to please be sure to update your RSVP as soon as possible. When I give the final count on 5/6/09, I will be charged a $5.00 deposit per person for any no-shows, so please be courteous and ensure that your reservation is accurate.
