It was great to see everyone today. Glad to be a member of this group. For those interested in my Arduino/3D Printing class where we are creating a Halloween wreath, here is a link:
There is an open house on Tuesday morning at Stetson where we may sell out the class, so if you would like to register, I encourage you to do so before then.

I'm not going to be able to make the meeting today, due to another commitment. Will be at the Science Center Friday night for setup and Sunday for my turn in the fish tank.

I get ya. Things killed my chance to show up today, too.

I'm thinking about going tomorrow, mostly to talk about Maker Faire prep. Does anyone has a spare NXT programmable brick they could lend me? One of mine currently has a broken screen, and it'll be difficult to try to work around that at Maker Faire. Preferably, I could borrow one tomorrow and keep it until our November meeting (so I could use it at both Maker Faire Orlando and Brickworld Tampa).

I was going to do an off the cuff presentation last month but we ran out of time. Now I have forgotten the subject? It may have been how to design for 3D printing or usingSketch?u. Let me see ifI can recall and present something on Sat.i

Awesome! Thanks, Jim!! How much time would you like for your presentation? Would 45 to 60 minutes be enough time? Thanks!

Looking forward to meeting people in the robotics community. I'm in the video games (Indienomicon) and tech (OrlandoTech) communities here in Orlando but want to get into more hardware tech as well.
