The iOS Meetup is Tonight! (please read)

Hi everybody,

I wanted to remind everyone that that iOS meetup is tonight at 6:30pm at Echo. Please be sure to update your RSVPs on the meetup so we have any accurate attendee count.

Our location recently changed and we are now hosting in the Exchange building on Church Street near the Amway Center.

101 S Garland Ave Orlando, FL 32801

Take the elevator up to the third floor and turn left. You'll see the open doors. Please do not go to The Plaza or you'll be learning about iOS alone.

Please be aware that there is an event at the Amway Arena tonight so parking is a little hectic. The parking lots immediately around our building are $10 to park. There is a lot north of our building on Garland that offers $5 parking. There is also $5 parking at various lots on Orange Ave., and there's one for sure by Ember. Metered parking is also available on Church St or Anderson.

Please enter the Exchange from the Pine Street entrance on the north side of the building.

We will be doing app demo's this evening rather than a coding lesson. Vijay Budhram will be demoing his app DrinkDrivers, Adam Weeks will be demoing is ridiculously difficult and addictive game Gravity Pilot, Eric Stroh will be demonstrating his app LAX FaceOff, and I will be demoing an app I just finished for a client called SnapPrints. All four of these applications are available on the App Store, and I'd highly recommend downloading them before the meetup.

Pizza and drinks will be provided this evening by Sean Griffin and the folks at TEKsystems. They have been sponsoring our meetups for quite a while, so if you're looking for work please be sure to talk to Sean. As always, a big thank you to TEKsystems for feeding us.

If anybody has questions please reach out to me directly.

See you all tonight!
