What is it?

Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a simple, time-honored technique that lets you tap into that energy and harness its power to become better balanced and better connected to yourself — emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Anyone can do it. It's that easy. But with the Sahaja Yoga experience, you'll quickly realize, it isn't your typical "Meditations 'R Us" type class. It's much more than just feeling peaceful and relaxed. Sahaja Yoga Meditation has many layers, varied and deep. Sahaja Yoga meditation is natural and easy. A structured guided meditation is always included. In this way, you will both experience meditation, and be able to start meditating at home from the first day you start. Beneficial and instructive for both beginners and the experienced.

How is it done?

– Socialize a bit and know other participants with similar aspirations

– Introduction – suitable for complete beginners. How to meditate, and balance your inner being– About chakras and techniques to cleanse them

– Guided meditation & experience awakening of energy. Silent meditation– Silent meditation and on music based of notes suitable for specific energy centers– Going deeper on specific topic, followed by one to one session with guidance on how to continue practice at home and any address any queries you may have.

Every day, for 21 days, guided by our online team we practice cleansing our inner subtle system using the powerful techniques of Sahaja Yoga Meditation. This is a spiritual meditation in which we awaken the inner energy that gently brings positive change within us -- making us more balanced, peaceful, and joyful. As you participate in daily classes, you will notice increasing gaps between your thoughts and feel more relaxed, peaceful, and spiritual. Sahaja Yoga Meditation is volunteer-run, always free, and practiced in more than 100 countries.

21 Days Starting from Monday, June 6th at 7:00 PM every day

  1. Sunday: One-to-one help and workshop
  2. Monday to Saturday: Lessons and group practice
  3. Week 1 Theme: Awareness
  4. Week 2 Theme: Transformation
  5. Week 3 Theme: Pure Reflection of the Divine

Don't worry if you miss a class. We will help you make catch up on Sunday in one-to-one sessions and on other days based on mutual convenience. For best results, try to join every day of the course.

Who is conducting it?

A team of Sahaja Yoga Meditation volunteers practicing and teaching Sahaja Yoga Meditation for decades. Sahaja Yoga Meditation was discovered and founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970. In a very motherly fashion, Shri Mataji helped people to take to true meditation in an easy way. Through the practice of Sahaja Yoga Meditation, we can connect straight directly to the Divinity and experience universal consciousness within us. Sahaja Yoga Meditation is practiced in more than 108 countries and is always free.

Meditation and Thoughtlessness

With Sahaja Yoga meditation, our awareness becomes enlightened – expanding our being and bringing about our inner transformation. This transformation gives us mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Sahaja Yoga Meditation is volunteer-run and practiced in more than 100 countries.

"Meditation is the only way you can grow. There’s no other way out. Because when you meditate you are in silence, you are in thoughtless awareness, then the growth of awareness takes place, then it opens out. But if you are thinking – supposing there is a lake and the lake is completely in turmoil, nothing can grow. But supposing it is silent, then lotuses can grow, anything can grow in it. In the same way, if your mind is agitated and your growth is not yet fully expressing itself then it’s such a vicious circle that you are agitated and your growth is hindered, again you are agitated, your growth is hindered.

So, the best way is to take to meditation. When you take to meditation this turmoil will settle down. And when it will settle down, your growth will take place. After meditation you will feel definitely that you have come out very well, you have grown very well. But for that one must be very honest. You cannot force people to be honest, that’s one thing you can’t do. You have to be honest yourself. You are not to be a hypocrite. You have to see for yourself that whatever you are doing is for your benevolence, is for your good, and that you have to do it because it is good for you, to begin with. And then for the good of the humanity. You are doing for the good of the humanity."
