Sahaj Durnin is an Executive Coach for female professionals looking to create more inner balance in their everyday lives. For over 25 years she has committed to a healthy lifestyle and has studied and practiced many different modalities including massage therapy, yoga, and nutrition. Her deepest love, however, is the spiritual work that she has done, guided by many silent retreats and studying with an enlightened master for 16 years. She has also ran her own massage and yoga studio and was a HR Manager for a local health food chain.
