Tone your tuchus while connecting with friends!

Join our group of 5-6 families for a stroller based indoor/outdoor exercise class
using cardio & strength training as well as stretching. Enjoy the benefits of a group exercise class, led by a personal trainer, in a supportive environment!
Each hour - long class will consist of a warm up, speed walking or jogging, intermixed with a wide variety of upper body, lower body and core conditioning drills, as well as abdominals and flexibility training.
