Our next event: Rewilding, Monday 9th March

It's not just a climate crisis, nature is in crisis too. Come and hear about local initiatives to inspire you to improve the natural world around you.

Tim Hill from Herts & Middlesex Wildlife Trust will talk about a successful project called Wilder Stevenage and how it could be introduced into the District in partnership with the council. He will also feature current partnerships between HMWT and Harpenden Town Council. We will also hear from Nadia Bishara, who has set up Wilderhood Watch, an innovative grassroots scheme to motivate residents in specific streets to work together to improve the chances for nature in their neighbourhood, from hedgehog holes to bee-friendly verges.

Join us to hear our inspiring speakers, followed by a discussion on a wide variety of actions that you can take to rewild your patch and your district, pledging how you can take these actions forward.
