This is a group for anyone interested in joining our outdoor fitness sessions. We run 1 one session per weekend and all levels are welcome. It's a high intensity session that works the whole body. We vary it each time so you'll not know exactly what to expect. They are designed so newbies and experienced trainers can do the workout together and each get a solid workout suitable to their level. Sessions cost £5 per person (to cover cost equipment etc.).
It's a lot more fun to train in a group so come and join when you can.
