ABOUT INSTRUCTOR:

Sylwia Przeplata is a Dubai based professional 400 RYT Yoga instructor and the founder of Yalla Yoga & Travels. The first instructor of TRE® (Trauma & Tension releasing technique) in the UAE. Propagator of YIN Yoga & mindfulness workshops for the corporate world. Certified by Yoga Alliance in Mysore, India in Ashtanga 200H in 2017, Yin & Aerial 100H in 2018, Acro Yoga 100H in 2019. Sylwia regularly teaches in Trident Wellness Centre in Dubai Marina.

She is in love with Oman ever since moving to GCC and wants to spread the love for this hidden gem of Arabian Peninsula.

Floating meditation is designed to nurture mindfulness and a deeper connection to the water and earth around you. Allow water to refresh your body and your soul. The body is the vehicle to your true nature and meditation is the method used to experience peace and bliss. The benefits of daily meditation practice can reduce stress, anxiety, and insomnia as well as increase clarity, concentration, and creativity. Learn how to calm the mind, be present in your body and feel rejuvenated. This class uses experiential instruction combined with a group meditation. Q: Can I come if I don't know how to swim? A: No. You have to know how to swim. Q: I have never done Meditation, can I come? A: Yes, please join us. Horses x Yoga on DUNES | DESERT 🐎

If you wish to get out of the City just for a few hours, experience stunning nature, relax and boost your energy for the next working week, then this is for you. Let me invite you to my stress-relieving event: Sunset horseback riding on the desert followed by Yin yoga & meditation. This is a great opportunity to see the wild animals of the desert in their natural habitat: White Arabian Oryx, Gazelle and many different types of birds. ______________________ THE PLAN: 3.15 PM We meet in the stables ready to ride.
