A group for people who want a strong, healthy, flexible body, or just a calmer mind - yoga is the perfect way to take time out from hectic city life and focus on yourself. Avoid crowding into stuffy yoga studios and take your class in the open air, soaking up the summer atmosphere of our beautiful London parks while you iron out the kinks of the daily commute and enjoy the many benefits of great yoga, taught by Yoga Alliance UK registered instructor and professional dancer Claire. Complete beginners and yoga enthusiasts alike, come along to these pay-what-you-can donation based classes in the park and meet new people while you get fitter, stronger and healthier in body and mind!
