This is a group for anyone interested in pushing their health and fitness to a whole new level. Within this group we practice all forms of fitness and exercise, as we believe balance is key to longevity. Our belief is having a workout that is fun, fast, and effective. This group is also a good fit for anyone interested in completing any mud runs, obstacle races, 5k, 10k, half marathon or any other like event. I started this group to meet other adventure seeking fitness enthusiasts and genuinely anyone interested in creating a healthier lifestyle through fitness.
