• 3 yoga classes at our hostel AND the option to opt out of these and save £20 if you have no interest in yoga – making it great value at just £118 or £138
• The Outdooraholics breakfast - healthy, nutritious and yummy and no greasy, fried or fatty food in sight :-)
• Hikes by trained guides (most of our hike leaders are Mountain Leader trained as a minimum) and are qualified Outdoor First Aiders)
• Hikes are in the beautiful and unusual landscape of the Shropshire Hills - officially designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in 1958
• Exclusive use of a Grade 2 listed period hostel set within its own private grounds
• At least 2 hike leaders to split into different groups each day

This is the perfect location to enjoy some wonderful Shropshire countryside, yoga and superb and healthy home cooked food to revitalise and rejuvenate our bodies and minds.
The valleys of Shropshire around Ironbridge are the birthplace of the Industrial Revolution during which the world transformed unrecognisably through industrialisation. It was a hive of industry back in the 1700s, but this has now long gone, leaving lush wooded valleys through which the gently meandering River Severn majestically and delicately hugs. We explore lush countryside, wonderful and vibrant woodland and the valleys of the River Severn. A landscape that is dotted with occasional reminders of the early industry that was here centuries ago and of course, the famous Ironbridge – the first bridge made of iron in the world, still standing following it’s completion in 1781
Friday 10th March
Our hostel is a wonderful Grade 2 listed building dating back to Victoria times and set within it's own grounds. We've managed to secure exclusive use of this hostel just for our group. It's also set within the lush valley of the River Severn, so a great base for exploring from.
Saturday 11th March
Saturday’s hike: Ironbridge and the valleys and ancient villages of Shropshire
Distance: 11/12 miles (17/18km)
After an early morning yoga session, designed to wake our bodies and minds, we will explore the valley that our hostel is set in as well as seeing some of the history of the area and the Ironbridge itself. We'll then have head off to see the chocolate box pretty ancient village of Much Wenlock on a wonderful rural trail through the hills and woodland of Shropshire. We'll return back to the hostel for some mouth watering cream teas, scones, cookies and hot drinks. We'll also have our yoga classes - specially designed for post hike relaxation before enjoying a wonderful dinner
Sunday 12th March
Sunday's hike: The Long Mynd
Distance: 2 options of approximately 8/9 miles (14/15km)
Rating: Medium - something gentler before our drive home
More early morning yoga leads into a picture postcard valley hike in the Long Mynd near the historic town of Church Stretton. Our trail will follow rivers in several meandering valleys, culminating in reaching a fantastic viewpoint before continuing through hills and lush woodland. There is some superb heathland en- route and we have a good chance of seeing wild ponies too. We will get far reaching views across Shropshire and on a clear day even the Brecon Beacons Mountain range in Wales can be seen!
Cost and Payment - yoga opt out and save £20
