All ages are welcome for an easy-going 8 weeks beginner course. During this training you will be guided through major asanas (poses), breathing techniques and relaxation. This combination helps aligning and refreshing your body, mind and spirit.
At the end of this course, you will be equipped with a sequence of asanas that you can easily practice on your own, and that provides you a great foundation to further develop your practice.
All you need is a comfortable outfit and a yoga mat!
