It seems like I just pushed the seed button when I got a call from a man who received my information and wanted to see if he could send me information on buying solar panels. I asked how he got my contact information and he said it was forwarded to him. Does this mean anybody and everybody has access to my personal information? 

My reason for looking into this meet up is to learn not to give my cell out to anyone that has a business. Please advise.
