Meditation is the foundational practice for all spiritual accomplishment, not to mention its long list of side benefits. This group's main focus is "calm abiding" (shamatha) meditation, the practice of calming and focusing the mind as taught in Tibetan Buddhism. No experience is needed; all are welcome.
