PDX Fit is a great way to stay active throughout the year in Portland by doing both traditional and nontraditional forms of exercise. This means there will be rainy day boot camps, adventuress hikes, back yard sports, dancing, walking, old fashion running and just plain old exercising. This is also a great way to meet other people in the area interested in the same forms of fitness to continue on the journey of a healthy life together. In addition, there will be post adventure discussions about nutrition and accountability for those that need it. Living in Portland, we have a lot of excuses to stay inside most of the year when the reality is that a little rain never stopped anyone from having some fun and getting healthy at the same time.
