What we're about
The purpose of the group is to offer participants tools from modern psychology that can help you improve their quality of life. Here are some of the topics we'll be exploring:
Attachment, Self-care and self-regulation, Healthy Boundaries, Understanding anxiety, Understanding Emotions (from DBT) Addiction, Trauma and Trauma Recovery, The Importance of Meaning, Reconning with the Unconscious, tips for making therapy work... And much more:) Each class will include a lecture, exercises and discussion.
Cost: $20 for 2 hr group: Tea, snacks, insights and community all included:)
