After working seasonally for the National Park Service, I went to Portland State University for a Masters in Sustainability Education and have been involved with the City Repair Project, TLC Farm, and Mother Earth School.
I'm not a Portland native, but have been here for over fifteen years. I am interested in the outdoors, the environment and promoting sustainability and practices that will help our earth be around in the next millennium.
Hello everyone! My name is Adelbert. My long-term goals and passions are always relating to the health of my local community, and ultimately, our planet in general. Right now my focus is on removing invasive plants from around my local neighborhood.
I am interested in the green living and resilience movement. As a mom I want to be involved in effecting change around the environment for the good of the future generations. I am also a designer, web and graphic, using a sustainable design focus.

I just moved here from Northern Wisconsin. I've been sharing sustainable/permaculture/wilderness living skills for the last ten years through a living-demonstration passive solar homestead and learning center. Hope to do the same here.
