Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome. We sit on a carpeted floor and there are a few chairs available and a couple extra cushions. You are also welcome to bring your own mat, cushion, bench or chair. You are invited to stay for part or all of the 90 minute silent meditation. This meditation is longer than what most of us do routinely. The longer sit offers the opportunity to deepen our practice with the help and support of others. Please arrive on time. We have tea and chat after the meditation and everyone is welcome to stay. Please park on 6th Street.
