A Physical And Vocal Workout

Hi Folks,

The purpose of this Meet Up is to do a thorough physical and vocal workout.

I'll be following the methods I was taught at RADA by Robert Palmer (not the singer!), who also taught Kenneth Branagh, Ralph Fiennes, Michael Sheen and even Margaret Thatcher (unfortunately).

You will need to arrive in loose clothes - tracksuite or jogging pants etc (no jeans!). And please bring a bottle of water. You may also want to bring a towel or a mat, as there will be some floor work - though I hoping for dry grass!

I'm preparing for a show in September, so I'll be doing regular workouts and will endeavour to share as many Sunday workouts as I can.

The workshop will last about 75 minutes.

LET'S MEET BY THE BANDSTAND - it's easier to find. Then we will move over to the section of grass. (See the map in the PHOTOS section).

If the rain comes down, it's not going to be much fun; so do text or call me if the weather looks doubtful. Though we could use the covered bandstand, if it's only raining a little.
