As a Project Manager, would you like to:
- Increase your understanding of your leadership style, and ways in which it can support or detract from your professional success?
- Enhance your ability to communicate effectively with those different from you?
- Learn how to productively manage stress and conflict with colleagues and team members?
- Increase effectiveness and confidence in handling conversations, presentations and interactions with individuals and teams holding diverse leadership styles?
Then this session is for you!
The True Colors personality assessment is a widely used leadership tool that will increase understanding of your individual strengths and areas for development, and help you identify ways to leverage your knowledge to increase interpersonal success. Based on the Myers Briggs Type Inventory®, True Colors offers a quick and easy to understand foundation for identifying differences that can exist between leaders and teams, and applying those understandings to the ways people think, communicate, and interact. This fun session will be highly interactive, and participants will use session learnings to create action plans for increasing their individual leadership capacity.
